My favorite house from caravan yesterday! I headed to Glendale because I am a fan of Emily Henderson and I follow her on Insta. My live FB video is here. Very cute hilly area of Glendale with narrow (yikes!) streets. Views galore! Good use of limited outdoor space and awesome HUGE studio ready for an office or guests with views. The stairs bothered me a bit – it would be challenging with babies and groceries. Let me know if you would like to see it! (see BEFORE photos at the bottom)

From MLS: Mod Squad Alert! Sophisticated styles & modern flair accentuate this Post-Modern, split-level, hillside home in the upward-trending Adam’s Hill neighborhood in Glendale. Recently published in over 6 national publications, this impressive abode has been extensively renovated and professionally styled by interior designer, Emily Henderson. Built in 1964, West-facing walls of glass accentuate the living space’s open volume and saturate the rooms in natural light. Other Highlights include a modern eat-in-kitchen with Ceasarstone counters, attached family room, formal living room with fireplace & a private en-suite that spills onto a hillside deck w/side-yard showcasing expansive city & mountain views. Aesthetic improvements are vast and feature, Acacia wood flooring, custom wall built-ins, Hunter-Douglas electronic window treatments, custom wall papers and Erin Adams & Fireclay tiles, just to name a few. Seller added a non-permitted studio w/full bath. This a one of a kind experience, don’t miss it!
