This was my favorite on caravan this week. I am always drawn to income property. It is on a nice block south of Olympic on a great street. Each unit really feels huge with 3 beds 2 baths, 2 garages and a nice yard. GOOD BONES!! It is currently bringing in $4300 total a month and the agent thinks it could bring in $9000.
