The best OPEN HOUSE! Pick of the week in 90019!

Every Tuesday, agents caravan the area to look at new open houses from 11am – 2pm. Yesterday, I took an experienced agent and a soon-to-be new agent to look at 10 homes in Larchmont Village and Hancock Park. 749 S. Longwood was my favorite "pick of the day". It sits just below Wilshire in a quiet pocket we refer to as Brookside Village. The house was vacant, freshly painted, newly refurbished floors and showed beautifully, even without staging. I loved the light-filled living room with a Batchelder fireplace, cathedral ceiling, and large windows. I actually think it is slightly underpriced! I am a HUGE fan of Spanish Revival homes done right in southern California. I could picture my family happily moving right in, but on this day I am scouting for others. My only negative comment is a small yard. The house is over 2600 square feet and the yard is just over 6100 sq ft. Contact me for a showing; this one will go fast!
