Our pick of the week “Castle” in Los Feliz Oaks

My nephew is visting from NJ and since I have seen all the inventory in Hancock Park/ Larchmont Village, I decided to head north 2 miles in to Griffith Park to share caravan day with him.

This 4763 sq ft Spanish was our favorite by far! I am pretty surprised it has been on the market almost 2 months. As I review the photos, I think the current owner could have benefitted from removing their very dated furniture & rugs and spending money on staging. With great staging, they would have had an offer within a week. This is not far from the Griffith Park entrance (good and bad) – you could have new hiking trails every day for years!
