My house pick of the week in Hancock Park

My BF and I were very excited to visit this Napa Valley inspired house for sale on caravan (broker open house) this week in Hancock Park ON THE GOLF COURSE!  Who doesn’t love Napa? We saw 12 houses this week and I can’t even remember any of the other ones because this one was so great.  It was very refreshing to see something NEW and different.  I am so over the white-box McMansion that has popped up on small lots this year all over Larchmont Village and surrounding areas. The floors were great, the tile hip and different, the grounds were gorgeous! Priced just under $8m. I will be keeping my eye on this to see what it actually sells for. I will drag hubby there on Sunday if it is open again to spend more time in the masterpiece.
