Okay, are you ready?  This house was originally on the market for a LONG timeand sold for $1,775,000. The MLS says 283 days but I actually think it was much longer. Here is what it looked like not too long ago. I brought 3 sets of clients to purchase it the 1st time around and for one reason or another, it didn’t work.
