While it is not my favorite block of Hancock Park, I thought this was a decent duplex at 335 South Norton in Los Angeles 90020. This area borders Koreatown and is surrounded by multi-milllion dollar homes. What I love is that it feels like a home, but your tenant is paying towards your mortgage. I prefer side-by-side duplexes for less noise. Priced at $509 a sq foot which is about half the price of the sq. ft of our single famliy homes. List price $1595000 still feels a tad bit high.
