I saw 8 homes yesterday in Sherman Oaks and Studio City and this one was my favorite, and I feel, the best value. I know it will go quickly! I am not a fan of sharing the driveway with the house in front, and there are quite a few steps to climb if you want to go out on the main road (unless there was a back entrance I missed?) This house flows nicely and I would host a rockin’ party on day one. I would also rip out the new carpets and install hardwoods everywhere. Eventually, I would update the kitchen, but totally functions now. If you have any interest, call me sooner rather then later. Great location.
