Just up the block from me and Paramount Studios is this 3 bed, 2 bath home for sale for $1350000.

I think they missed the mark with the staging – i was not a fan. I am not sure who chose the tan (everywhere!) but I think it was a HUGE mistake and makes the house feel dated and dirty. SO, if you are a buyer, paint would be a very inexpensive fix. I would love some color (green!) in the front yard and back yard. Contact me if you would like to view!

There are a few of these homes in a row that were probably all built by the same builder in the 1920’s. Everytime I am in them, I feel like I am in a townhome. This is a great condo alternative on a medium sized (for Larchmont) lot.
