Favorite house this week
I am not a huge fan of McMansions but this one stood out! It felt very different from all the others because of the decor. The wallpaper was really fun and not too much. 4310 sf on a 6891 lot. On a nice block. Call me to view!
From MLS: Luxurious and decadent, this one of a kind architectural home has a seamless indoor/outdoor flow. The entry is private and lush with mature hedges and ripe vegetable gardens. Fleetwood doors open to a central light-filled courtyard connecting the entire main floor. The sizable pool with spa and a plethora of patio space is perfect for sunbathing and entertaining. The skylight upstairs leads to the most grandiose master suite with a double-sided fireplace connecting the master bath to the bedroom. The closet is what dreams are made of. A stunning library with walnut pocket doors and custom shelving is the perfect place to curl up with a good book. All guest bedrooms are ensuite. Melrose Village shop, restaurants and nightlife make this a perfect location. All photos from MLS and Listed by Compass Anthony Stellini, Sheri Rogers and Elisa Ritt.
