Favorite House this week = Duplex

$1595000 – 1245 S Hudson LA CA almost 4300 sq ft!

This was my favorite on caravan this week. I am always drawn to income property. It is on a nice block south of Olympic on a great street. Each unit really feels huge with 3 beds 2 baths, 2 garages and a nice yard. GOOD BONES!! It is currently bringing in $4300 total a month and the agent thinks it could bring in $9000.  I think that is too high and I would guess more like $7600 and the lower unit needs work.
