My caravan "pick of the week" is an original Santa Barbara Style Spanish Duplex

I often see at least 10 properties when looking at homes on "Broker’s Caravan" which is Tuesdays near the Hancock Park area.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE income property for, the income! This sits in a cute pocket just south of Hancock Park area, close/ in Brookside Village.  List price is $1099700 and as I expected, had offers right away.  BOTH units, which are townhouse style, will be delivered vacant. Property definatley needs work but with 3 beds, 1.5 baths in each could easily rent for $3600. I know it looks a mess but I can see the potential and loaction is KEY!
