My Pick of the Week- 507 N. Lucerne in Hancock Park
I have passed this house so many times, I was expecting not to like it. I was pleasantly surprised by the INSIDE! The rooms are light & bright and it was perfectly staged. Still not a fan of the dated outside and the property would benefit from a pool. Garage is built out as an amazing sound studio.
From MLS: Re-invented through a modernist lens, this hip Hancock Park area remodeled 1960’s home is a rare offering. It is ideal for entertaining on a small or large scale, with an open floor plan. Dine by candlelight in the intimate dining area, or settle into the media room for a night of movies. The gourmet kitchen with center island and stainless steel appliances blends into the informal living room with fireplace. There is a covered patio and grassy yard accessed through glass doors. The master bedroom suite, located on the first floor, has a walk-in closet and a gorgeous master bath with double sinks, and a separate tub and shower. The second floor has a junior master BR suite and the 4th bedroom, currently used as an office. There is a professionally soundproofed studio w/ vocal booth. Beautiful new maple floors throughout 1st floor, freshly painted, and a spacious laundry room. Located within close proximity to Larchmont Village, with its great shopping and dining.
